Moo Brew Pale Ale

Prologue: We set off today down to Cloudwine in Clarendon Street, South Melbourne. If you every find yourself south of the river and you need beer, I suggest stopping in here. The selection is fantastic. The Moo Brew looked the most pretentious of the lot, so we selected two of their brews with gusto.

Appearance: Cloudy but with surprisingly little head.
Flavour: I think Citrusy if that is a word. A slightly bitter aftertaste, but still smooth and relatively easy to drink.

Packaging: Possible the best bottle we have seen in a long time, the bottle is like a baby champagne bottle. the label is like an art gallery stuck on beer bottle, it’s all far too sophisticated for me and my drinking buddy MB.

Food Suggestions: Scallops, Mussels, and seafood in general.

Ranking: A Jug Please
